Email is free forever, no registration. Photos from family and shopping are included on the free plan too. Choose the Family Plan only when you want more.

Mail from someone your parent has never written to is never printed straight away. Once a day, if a new sender has written, we fax a list of who it was. They circle anyone they want to hear from and send it back. This works the same way on both plans.

Common questions
Section titled “Common questions”Can my parent pay for it themselves? Yes. On the annual plan we fax them a payment slip, and they pay by bank transfer or at a convenience store. No credit card and no internet needed.
What if we only want email? Free, forever. No registration. Your parent just faxes the Faxi number and it works.
What happens if I cancel? Email stays free. Only paid features revert to the free tier. If your parent had a personal email address, mail sent to it still reaches them, so the address on their business cards keeps working. Your parent is never cut off.
