Common questions
Section titled “Common questions”Why are there ads on the free tier? Small footer ads on reply faxes fund the free service. They’re on pages we’re already sending, so no extra faxes or paper. The Family Plan is ad-free.
What if we only want email? Free, forever. No registration. Your parent just faxes the Faxi number and it works.
What happens if I cancel? Email stays unlimited and free. Only paid features revert to the free tier. Your parent is never cut off.
