Managing payment
Section titled “Managing payment”From the family dashboard (portal.faxi.jp) you’ll be able to:
- Update the payment method (credit card)
- Switch between monthly and annual billing
- Check the plan status
If your parent wants to pay for themselves
Section titled “If your parent wants to pay for themselves”Some parents prefer to pay their own way. They can pay for the Annual Plan (¥29,800/year, tax included) by bank transfer: no credit card, once a year. Bank transfer is still in preparation and comes a little later. Contact us for details.
If you cancel
Section titled “If you cancel”Cancel anytime. No contract, no exit fee.
