Ask anything

Your parent writes a question or asks for advice on paper, sends a fax, and Faxi works out an answer and faxes it back — like having a knowledgeable friend on the other end of the fax line.

When you can’t look something up online and there’s no one nearby to ask, small questions just go unanswered. With Faxi your parent can ask whenever something comes to mind, from a cooking tip to what to give as a gift.

  1. Write the question or request on paper — the more specific, the better the answer.
  2. Send it to the Faxi number050-3154-8232.
  3. A fax with the answer arrives — in a few minutes, with a reference number (Ref).

  • Telling your parent “ask anything you’re unsure about” lowers the barrier to that first question.
  • If they’ll often want current info like weather or news, we’ll let you know when the Family Plan opens.
