In one sentence
Section titled “In one sentence”Your parent can request a booking — a doctor, a salon — by fax. They write what they’d like, Faxi arranges it on their behalf, and a confirmation fax comes back. No waiting on hold.
The problem it solves
Section titled “The problem it solves”Phone lines that won’t connect, and online booking they can’t use, mean appointments get put off. This handles the booking for them.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”- Write the request on paper — the service, the preferred date and time, any notes.
- Send it to the Faxi number — 050-3154-8232.
- Faxi checks availability and arranges it.
- A confirmation fax comes back — with the date, time, and what to bring. If the preferred time isn’t free, it suggests alternatives.
Example of what to write

Changing an appointment
Section titled “Changing an appointment”Write the reference number (Ref) from the confirmation and send another fax.
Regarding Ref 12345, change to Wednesday morning

- Depending on the place, confirmation can take a little time.
How you can help
Section titled “How you can help”- Give us the clinics or shops they use often, with any details like a patient card number, so bookings go smoothly.
