Appointments

Your parent can request a booking — a doctor, a salon — by fax. They write what they’d like, Faxi arranges it on their behalf, and a confirmation fax comes back. No waiting on hold.

Phone lines that won’t connect, and online booking they can’t use, mean appointments get put off. This handles the booking for them.

  1. Write the request on paper — the service, the preferred date and time, any notes.
  2. Send it to the Faxi number050-3154-8232.
  3. Faxi checks availability and arranges it.
  4. A confirmation fax comes back — with the date, time, and what to bring. If the preferred time isn’t free, it suggests alternatives.
