Payment methods
Family Plan pricing
Section titled “Family Plan pricing”A family member pays the monthly fee by credit card. Payments are handled by Stripe (a trusted global payment processor); card details are never stored on Faxi’s servers.
If your parent wants to pay for themselves, they can pay the Annual Plan (¥29,800/year) by bank transfer (no credit card, once a year).

Payment methods for shopping
Section titled “Payment methods for shopping”For shopping through Faxi, we plan to support the following (shopping is a Family Plan feature, and the Family Plan is coming soon):
- Credit card — register once, then charged automatically
- Bank transfer (coming soon) — we fax you the transfer details
- Convenience store / konbini (coming soon) — take the barcode fax to any konbini register
Credit card will be supported first at launch; bank transfer and konbini follow.
Security
Section titled “Security”We use Stripe; credit card details are encrypted and never stored on Faxi’s servers. Bank transfer and konbini payments require no sensitive information.
Refunds
Section titled “Refunds”If we make an error or you’re not satisfied, we’ll refund the transaction fee — just fax us the details within 7 days of the transaction.
