Family dashboard
In one sentence
Section titled “In one sentence”The family dashboard (portal.faxi.jp) is where you set up your parent’s account on their behalf. Available to anyone with an account (from registering or an invitation).
Logging in
Section titled “Logging in”Open portal.faxi.jp and sign in with the email you registered (you’ll get an invitation email the first time).
What you can do

Section titled “Manage the address book (now)”Add and edit your parent’s contacts accurately — name, email, relationship (daughter, grandson, doctor), notes (e.g. lives in Osaka) — with no typos. Once saved, your parent just writes “email my daughter.”
