The problem it solves
Section titled “The problem it solves”For a parent who can’t use shopping websites but needs household items, medicine, or gifts, this lets them buy on their own without asking anyone.
How it works, end to end
Section titled “How it works, end to end”- Your parent faxes what they want — vague (“warm socks”) or specific (“men’s wool socks, size L, grey”).
- An options fax comes back — real products as a numbered list with photos and prices.
- They circle what they want and fax the page back.
- Faxi confirms and orders — it confirms the total and delivery, places the order, and faxes a receipt with a reference number.
- It’s delivered — paid with the card you registered. Your parent never handles card details.
Payment
Section titled “Payment”- Credit card — registered by you; supported from launch.
- Bank transfer and konbini — coming later.
Family oversight (budget)
Section titled “Family oversight (budget)”You can set a monthly budget. Anything over it comes to you by email to approve or deny first, so you can hand shopping to your parent with peace of mind.
Timing / good to know
Section titled “Timing / good to know”- The options fax usually arrives in about 5–15 minutes.
