2. Sign up for the Family Plan, and create an account

1. Open faxi.jp/family.
2. Enter your parent’s fax number and your email.
3. Pay by credit card (¥2,980/month or ¥29,800/year, both tax included). Payment completes right away.

3. Set things up in the family dashboard

With an account (from signing up or an invitation), the family dashboard (portal.faxi.jp) lets you manage your parent’s address book and settings online. Add your family’s email addresses first, so your parent can simply write “email my daughter.”

4. What the Family Plan adds

How to frame it for your parent
