How it works (4 steps)
Using Faxi is just four steps.
1. Write your fax
Section titled “1. Write your fax”Write what you want on paper, in plain words. Handwriting or typed text both work. Circles and checkmarks are fine too.
2. Send it to the Faxi number

Send it so your own fax number is visible — that’s where we send the reply.
3. AI reads it and acts
Section titled “3. AI reads it and acts”Faxi’s AI reads the fax, understands what you need, and connects to the right service. It reads handwriting with over 90% accuracy. If anything is unclear, we send a fax to confirm.
4. The reply fax arrives
Section titled “4. The reply fax arrives”Within 2–5 minutes, a fax comes back with your results. Complex requests like shopping or appointments may take up to 15 minutes.
Every reply has a reference number (Ref) printed on it. To follow up later, write that number and we’ll pick up right where you left off.
